About RAFT
RAFT: Regional Access & Financial Transformation, is a sovereign digital infrastructure initiative designed to modernize financial systems across the Caribbean. Built in Belize and developed for small, open economies, RAFT provides the foundational rails for secure payments, inclusive credit, and verifiable digital identity, enabling countries to reduce financial friction, strengthen economic participation, and retain sovereignty over critical financial infrastructure.
At its core, RAFT is not a consumer app or a speculative financial product. It is an enterprise-grade, cryptographically secured operating layer built on distributed ledger technology, designed to integrate with existing banking systems, regulators, and public institutions.

WHY RAFT EXISTS
Across the Caribbean, financial systems remain constrained by:
-
High transaction fees
-
Slow cross-border settlement
-
Limited access to credit for MSMEs and individuals
-
Dependence on external payment networks and correspondent banking rails
These constraints are not accidental, they are structural.
RAFT was created to address these systemic inefficiencies by re-architecting financial infrastructure itself, rather than layering new products on top of outdated systems.

WHAT WE ARE BUILDING
RAFT enables:

-
Instant, low-cost payments

-
Real-time settlement across borders, reducing transaction costs by up to 90% compared to legacy rails.

-
Inclusive, data-driven credit access
Alternative credit frameworks that expand access for MSMEs and underbanked populations without compromising regulatory standards.

-
Verifiable digital identity
Cryptographic identity primitives designed to support KYC, compliance, and public-service delivery while preserving user privacy.
Together, these components form a Digital Nation Operating Layer, infrastructure that governments, banks, and institutions can build upon.

HOW WE BUILD
RAFT is:

-
Cryptographically secured, ensuring data integrity and transaction finality

-
Institutionally governed, designed for regulatory alignment from day one

-
Interoperable, integrating with existing financial and public-sector systems

-
Sovereign by design, enabling local ownership, control, and resilience
Our architecture prioritizes trust, transparency, and durability over speed to market or speculative growth.

WHO THIS IS FOR
RAFT is built for:

-
Governments seeking modern, sovereign financial infrastructure

-
Central banks and regulators focused on stability and inclusion

-
MSMEs and entrepreneurs constrained by legacy financial systems

-
Citizens excluded from full economic participation
This is infrastructure for entire economies, not just early adopters.

OUR COMMITMENT
We are committed to:

-
Reducing structural financial inequality

-
Strengthening economic resilience in small states

-
Supporting inclusive growth through modern infrastructure

-
Building systems that endure beyond political or market cycles
RAFT exists to ensure that economic modernization is deliberate, inclusive, and sovereign.
Financial infrastructure is destiny. RAFT is how the Caribbean shapes its own.
At RAFT, we are building long-term public-interest financial infrastructure for the Caribbean. Our work is grounded in institutional alignment, regulatory clarity, and durable systems designed to serve entire economies, not short-term market cycles.
As we enter the next phase of development, RAFT is opening a limited seed round to align with mission-driven partners who understand the responsibility and opportunity inherent in sovereign digital infrastructure.
This round is intended to support:
-
Core protocol development
-
Institutional integrations
-
Regional pilot deployments
We are seeking strategic, values-aligned capital, partners who view infrastructure as nation-building, not speculation.
